A refundable deposit of €800 is taken when you collect the car and returned when you bring it back. It covers the insurance excess and any fuel difference, fines or damage noted at return. We check the car together at pick-up and at return, and you receive a copy of the check-out sheet.
Each rental day includes 200 km. A one-week rental therefore includes 1,400 km, enough for a loop Marrakech, Essaouira, Agadir and back, or Marrakech, Ouarzazate and the Dades valley. If you plan a longer trip, tell us when booking and we agree the conditions in advance.
All our cars have comprehensive insurance and 24/7 breakdown assistance. If you are at fault in an accident, you pay the excess of 8,000 MAD plus one week of rental for the time the car is immobilised; if you are not at fault, only the week of immobilisation; glass breakage is charged at 20 % of the replacement value and tyre damage from misuse at the tyre cost. The car is handed over with fuel in the tank and must be returned at the same level. Missing fuel is deducted from the deposit at the pump price.
