About Getaround Rent Car Marrakech

Getaround Rent Car is an independent car rental agency based in Marrakech, Morocco. We rent six recent cars, Dacia, Renault, Peugeot and Opel, from €35 per day with comprehensive insurance included, and we deliver them free of charge anywhere in Marrakech and at Marrakech Menara Airport, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We are a local business, not a franchise and not the getaround.com car-sharing platform, with which we have no connection.

What we do

• Short-term rental by the day or the week, for visitors arriving at Marrakech airport or staying in the city, from €35 to €45 per day.
• Long-term rental by the month for expatriates, remote workers and companies, from €650 per month for a Renault Clio 5. See long-term rental.
• Delivery and collection at Menara Airport, at your riad, hotel or office, at the train station, at any hour. Free in Marrakech; €120 per transfer in Casablanca, Agadir or Essaouira, which makes one-way trips possible.

How we work

1. You send your dates on WhatsApp or through the fleet page; we confirm one total price, with nothing added at pick-up. A 30 % deposit confirms the booking and cancellation is free up to 48 hours before.
2. Our agent meets you with the car and the contract. We check the car together, with a written sheet and photos, and hand over the keys.
3. During the rental, the same agent answers on WhatsApp and our assistance is available 24/7.
4. At return, we check the car together and release the €800 deposit.

What is always included

• Comprehensive insurance with an excess of 8,000 MAD, and 24/7 breakdown assistance.
• 200 km per day.
• A free second driver and a free baby seat on request.
• Free delivery and collection in Marrakech and at Menara Airport.

The refundable deposit is €800, the minimum age is 21, and a payment card or cash is accepted. Everything is written on the rental conditions page.

Where we operate

Marrakech and its airport are our base. We also deliver and collect in Casablanca (city and Mohammed V Airport), Agadir (city and Al Massira Airport) and Essaouira. Our cars are driven all over Morocco: the Atlas passes, the coast, the desert roads to Ouarzazate, Zagora and Merzouga, all on tarmac. They do not leave the country.

“Getaround” is also the name of an international car-sharing platform. Getaround Rent Car Marrakech is an independent Moroccan rental agency and is not affiliated with that platform. If you booked through getaround.com, your contract is with them, not with us.
