Step by step, from booking to return
- Booking. You send your dates, your delivery point and your payment method on WhatsApp or through the fleet page. A 30 % deposit confirms the car.
- Delivery. Our agent meets you at Menara arrivals, at your riad or hotel, at any hour. You check the car together with a written sheet and photos, and you keep a copy.
- Payment. You pay the balance of the rental and the €800 deposit, by debit card, credit card or cash. If you pay by card, the deposit is charged and refunded or blocked and released according to your bank; if you pay in cash, you get a receipt and the same notes come back to you.

Paying in cash: euros or dirhams, and how much to bring
Both currencies are accepted for the rental and the deposit, as published. If you bring euros, the amounts are simply those of the contract: the balance of the rental plus €800. If you prefer dirhams, ATMs at Menara Airport and all over Gueliz dispense them; withdrawal limits vary by bank and by day, so a deposit of €800 in dirhams usually needs to be planned over more than one withdrawal or brought in euros. Exchange offices exist at the airport and in town. Whatever you bring, you receive a receipt for the deposit, and the same amount is returned at the end.
